Meet Isabelle Perini!

Isabelle is a recent graduate of Circleville High School, Class of 2026. Throughout her high school career, she helped make school history by winning four consecutive Mid-State League championships from her freshman through senior year. She also earned Mid-State ...League Player of the Year honors twice and was named the Division I District Player of the Year as a senior.

This fall, Isabelle will attend Cedarville University, where she plans to study Education while continuing her golf career at the collegiate level.

Congratulations, Isabelle, and best of luck as you begin this exciting new chapter!

Eva Becerril, a 2026 graduate of Sycamore High School in Cincinnati, Ohio, recently sat down with our PGA WORKS Fellow, Lauren Ehrman, to reflect on her journey from the Southern Ohio PGA to the Underrated Golf Tour and her upcoming Division I golf career at Boise State University.

After ...first competing in SOPGA events at just 10 years old, Eva quickly made her mark, earning Southern Ohio PGA Player of the Year honors at ages 11 and 12 before going on to become the 2024 OHSAA Division I State Champion and a two-time First Team All-Ohio selection.

For Eva, the Southern Ohio PGA was much more than tournaments. It was where she first fell in love with the game, found a welcoming community, and built friendships that continue today. Through SOPGA, she had the opportunity to travel, compete, and grow both as a golfer and as a person. She credits the organization with helping shape the player she is today and says she always felt welcomed and included every step of the way.

In addition to her success in Ohio, Eva now competes on the Underrated Golf Tour, founded by Stephen Curry to make competitive golf more accessible for everyone. This fall, she’ll continue her journey at Boise State University, where she’ll play Division I golf. Eva is excited to embrace the challenge of moving across the country and competing at the next level.

We’re proud to have been a part of Eva’s journey from the very beginning and can’t wait to see all she accomplishes next. Best of luck at Boise State, Eva! 💙💛

Meet Grant Paulet! ⛳

Grant is an incoming senior at Tippecanoe High School in the Class of 2027. He has enjoyed competing in Southern Ohio PGA events and is excited to continue developing his game throughout his high school career.

One of Grant’s favorite golf memories is ...playing in his first Southern Ohio PGA tournament during his freshman year. Those experiences helped build his confidence, strengthen his love for the game, and continue motivating him as he works toward his future goals.

After high school, Grant plans to attend The Ohio State University and continue enjoying the game of golf!
