FAIRBORN, OH – Southern Ohio Junior Golf is thrilled to announce the 2023 SOPGA Junior Tour schedule visiting 36 facilities across the Southern Ohio PGA Section. Registration is now open for all events on the 2023 schedule for SOPGA Jr. Tour Members.
Junior Tour Members will have the opportunity to play in one-day and two-day events leading to the Players Tour Championship set to be played at Muirfield Village Golf Club, the home of the PGA Tour’s the Memorial Tournament. Also new for the year is a dedicated schedule of local events in three markets; Cincinnati, Columbus and brand new for 2023, Dayton.

- Hamilton Jr. Open at Walden Ponds Golf Club
- Blacklick Jr. Open at Blacklick Woods Metro Golf Course,

- Lancaster Jr. Open at Lancaster Golf Club

Players will have the opportunity to earn points at all events on the 2023 SOPGA Jr. Tour schedule. Junior golfers earning the most points through two-day Player’s Tour Classic events will be invited to close out their season at the Players Tour Championship on August 1-2 at Muirfield Village Golf Club. Junior golfers playing in the one-day City Series Open events will have the opportunity to compete in a City Series Open Championship as well as the Junior Series Open Championship at the end of the season.
As announced last week, an SOPGA Junior Tour Membership will now provide access to every SOPGA Junior Tour event! Juniors will be able to register and play in one-day events in Cincinnati, Columbus and Dayton while also being able to register and play in two-day events across Central and Southern Ohio.
