Fairborn, OH – The Northern Ohio PGA and Southern Ohio PGA are thrilled to announce the return of the Junior Ohio Cup this Fall. This highly anticipated team format competition will once again feature the best junior golfers from across the state, as players from the NOPGA and SOPGA face off. The event is set to take place on October 17-19, 2025 at the prestigious Brookside Country Club in Canton, Ohio.

Junior Tour Members from each organization will have the opportunity to qualify for the 16-person team. The team will be made up of 8 boys and 8 girls who will compete in Four-Ball and Singles matches.

“We are excited to bring the Junior Ohio Cup to Brookside Country Club for the first time on behalf of the Northern Ohio PGA,” said David Griffith, Executive Director of the Northern Ohio PGA. “This year marks the third time these matches have been contested between our two Sections, and Brookside’s outstanding course conditions, historic setting, and challenging layout make it an ideal venue for this growing tradition. We’re proud to continue our collaboration with the Southern Ohio PGA and look forward to another memorable showcase of junior golf talent.”

Brookside Country Club will be an incredible host for some of the best junior golfers in Ohio to showcase their talent and attempt to bring the Junior Ohio Cup home.”

How to Qualify:

  • 6 boys and 6 girls will be selected from the Player of the Year points list in the 16-19 age divisions
  • 2 boys and 2 girls will be selected from the Player of the Year points list in the 13-15 age divisions

All 2025 junior events provide the opportunity to earn points towards qualifying for the Junior Ohio Cup team. We hope to see you compete on our tours soon!
