Q: What is your favorite golf course you’ve ever played?

GW: I would have to go with Blue Ash Golf Course down in the Cincinnati area. The course itself is a lot of fun. You have to hit a lot of different shots and there are a lot of elevation changes that really make you think.

Q: When did you start playing golf and what got you interested in the game?

GW: I started playing golf when I was about five years old. My dad used to take me to the course and the driving range and I just fell in love with it from there and kept playing.

Q: If you had to play an entire round of golf with only one club, what club would you choose?

GW: I think I would go with my 6 iron. It is a good club to hit off the tee to give me decent distance, and it has enough loft that I think I could make it work around the greens and putt with it.

Q: If you could play golf with anyone, who would be your dream foursome and where would you play?

GW: I would love to play a round with Tiger Woods, Rickie Fowler, and Adam Sandler. Getting to play with those three would be such a fun experience. As far as where we would play, I would love to play TPC Sawgrass to get to play the famous island green.

Q: What was the highlight of your summer golf experience with the SOPGA?

GW: Winning the Player of the Year for the Player’s Tour was a great honor. I worked really hard this summer and to see my game come together to win that title was a really cool thing for me. It took a lot of hard work and dedication to the game of golf and I’m really proud of myself for what I achieved.

Q: What do you like to do outside of golf?

GW: I like to spend my time not playing golf just hanging out with friends and relaxing.
