FAIRBORN, OH (August 6, 2022) – 16 junior golfers have advanced from the Subregional Qualifier to continue on their journey to the Drive, Chip and Putt National Finals. 

The Drive, Chip and Putt Local Qualifying season began early this summer with more than 700 junior golfers competing for their chance to play in the National Finals at Augusta National Golf Club in April 2023 on the Sunday before The Master’s Tournament. Of the 144 players whole advanced from six Southern Ohio Local Qualifiers, 16 players are still on their way to the National Finals. These outstanding junior golfers are set to compete at the Drive, Chip and Putt Regional Qualifier on Saturday, September 9 at Scioto Country Club in Columbus, OH.

 

The following players have advanced to the Regional Qualifier: 

Boys 14-15 Division – Jackson Harris and Alexander Ritter

Girls 14-15 Division – Athena Singh and Meadow Tian

Boys 12-13 Division – Harrison Young and Patrick Paquette

Girls 12-13 Division – Rachel Lunn and Allison Weisbrod

Boys 10-11 Division – Max Humphreys and Caden Collins

Girls 10-11 Division – Savanna Blackmore and Olivia Gearhart

Boys 7-9 Division – Croix Kussman and Van Laver

Girls 7-9 Division – Vanessa Reiber and Lauren Sousa
